“I am full of Inspiration and Creativity”
Cinnamon is spicy, playful and sensual. It helps people to rediscover trust in themselves and bring balance to their desires. Faithful, intuitive and fun, Cinnamon is an oil of self acceptance and pleasure.
A potent aphrodisiac, Cinnamon is highly beneficial for ones libido and sexual energy. Sexual energy is a powerful force, containing within it the ability to create all Life. When utilised and directed properly, this energy allows you to be the co-creator of the entire Universe. When used improperly, this energy becomes unstable and manipulative. Use Cinnamon to help you find balance and security within yourself so that you can let go of the need to control others. When one is content within themselves, the creative energy will flow freely and there is no limit to what you can manifest.
One of the oldest spices, Cinnamon was found in almost every prescription prepared in ancient China.
Modern testing has not found a single bacteria, fungus or virus that can survive in the presence of Cinnamon and is therefore excellent for the immune system. It is also beneficial for the heart, blood pressure and circulation, digestion and rheumatism.
Cinnamon oil can be diffused and blends well with citrus and other spice oils as well as Cypress, Frankincense, Rosemary, Juniper, Lavender and Geranium.
For use in cooking add Cinnamon to baked goods, teas, cold remedies, stewed fruits, roasted sweet vegetables like sweet potato and carrots and in curries like Massaman.
This is a very strong oil, so start with only a toothpick to a drop and add more as needed depending on the dish. Generally 1 drop for every 250ml.
