This a blend includes Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, blue Tansy, blue chamomile and Osmanthus. USES

Topically: (can be diluted with a carrier oil if skin sensitivity) by massaging into the area affected 1 to 2 drops

Compress: 1 to 2 drops on a hot wet towel applied to sore area and then place a dry towel over to keep the heat in

Diffusion: add 3 drops to your diffuser an defuse during the day.

This blend is great to rub on tired aching muscles and joints to help relieve tension. The oils in this blend are created to work together to relax, soothe and cool tired achy muscles and joints of our body. This blend penetrated deep into the muscle and gives sustained relief to help our muscles recovery. You can feel this blend start to work almost immediately. This bend provides relief for the occasional discomfort of sore, worn out muscles and joints.

Ice Blue is great to use on lower spine after a day of heavy lifting, or to rub on your shoulders and neck after a day of working at the computer. It can also be used prior and post exercise to aid in muscle recovery. It can even be used diluted on children’s legs due to growing pains.
