Neroli

Tangerine
“I am in control of my reactions, I write my own destiny, and I create a stress-free world for myself.”

Neroli, also known as orange blossom oil, is derived from the bitter orange tree, along with two other essential oils. Petitgrain is distilled from the leaves and twigs, Wild Orange is produced by cold-pressing the rinds of the fruits, and Neroli is steam distilled from the fragrant blossoms. They each play an important role in the growth and plant system, and they each need one another. That is why the Neroli personality understands we are all interwoven and we are all one. In this way, Neroli supports you to maintain good relationships.

Neroli releases a strong floral and slight citrus scent. Because of its appealing scent it is often used in perfumes and scented products, such as body lotions and skin cosmetics, with the added bonus of the soothing effects it has on the mood.

Neroli essential oil is a great support for relaxation, it aids in reducing stress and anxiety, lifts spirits and promotes feelings of well-being, and is also great for the skin.

Neroli essential oil has antifungal, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties, making it a useful addition to reduce acne and skin irritation. Neroli can be applied directly to your skin to soothe and ease blemishes. This can be done before you apply a moisturizer or simply applied throughout the day as needed.

In times of anxiety and stress, it's great to have Neroli on hand. When inhaled, Neroli essential oil can help the brain release serotonin, and lower the stress hormone, cortisol, therefore assisting with stress, depression, and anxious feelings. It can be beneficial during the early stages of labour for this very reason. The limonene content in Neroli may also positively affects the autonomic nervous system, helping to control your breathing and heartbeat. So the next time you're needing some calm, place it on a cloth, or directly onto your palms and breath in deeply. Let Neroli offer peace and comfort during your distress.

Needing to lift your mood? Suffering with terrible PMS moods, or even pain and bloating? Neroli will be happy to help. Apply directly onto to your pulse points throughout the day as needed. Onto the back of your neck, on your wrists, or the side of your forehead, and feel its effects on your mood along with the pleasure of enjoying the sweet, citrus floral scent.

Neroli blends well with Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Marjoram. Combine them for a beautiful aromatic massage oil. You and Neroli know you deserve it.
